Changed my life, not even joking - went vegaquarium a few years ago but it had seriously started to affect my memory and cognition - writing and programming just weren't the same. Yes, I'm terrible at cooking and looking after myself, but still really didn't want to go back to eating land animals (and yes, I hope to get off seafood too eventually). Tried these and BING it was like a lightbulb came back on almost instantly (like, the same day). Can't recommend enough!

i was using liquid multivitamin for a while but it was sweetened, and i don't like the added sweetener/sugars. this unsweetened multivit is better in my opinion

Read a good write up for this product so decided to try them. The capsules are large but I haven’t had a problem swallowing them. Value for money.

This pack of Vegetology Vegan Multi-vitamin tablets contains 60 (two month's dose) and are fairly big. They are meant to be taken with food and a glass of water and are 18mm long, 9mm wide and 6mm thick. If this is a bit on the large size for you to swallow whole, I would advise against chewing them on their own because they taste disgusting and when you break them, they are just compressed powder and dry out your mouth. If you are going to have to break them up then put them with something that will disguise the taste - chewing them makes the powder compact into the interstices of your molars and that is difficult to get rid of.These taste disgusting and dry out your mouth so drink them with something that has a strong taste - I found that orange juice did the trick for me.

These multivitamins are vegan and this is a 60 days supply. They are easy to take and I am happy with the variety of vitamins and minerals it contains. I would order these again.Highly recommended!Thank you for reading my review. I hope that you found it helpful.

These "Vegetology" multivitamin and minerals come in a sealed plastic bottle and contain 60 days supply taking one tablet per day. They contain 26 different vitamins and minerals essential to a healthy diet and 5 different "super food" extracts. All of the vitamins and most of the minerals supply at least 100% of your recommended daily amount apart from calcium and magnesium which only have 15% of your recommended daily amount. The tablets are reasonably sized and oval in shape measuring 18mm X 9mm and I don't find them to difficult to swallow but if you find it difficult swallowing fairly large tablets, these may not be for you.I took a star off for the price point which is considerably higher than the multivitamin and minerals I would normally buy in the supermarket but they don't contain the "super food extracts" like these do. Other than that they offer a comprehensive range of all the essential vitamins and minerals you need for a healthy diet, mostly at 100% of your recommended daily amount and that ticks most of my boxes.
