These make great Belgian waffles. Easy to make.

Buying waffle and pancake mix is dumb, cause it takes a few seconds more to make it from scratch. But there is something about this mix that makes some really fantastic waffles, and I can't quite seem to duplicate the flavor and texture otherwise. That said, I add a bit extra milk and use butter rather than following the directions as written, which makes them a bit more airy and light than what one gets with the liquids as instructed. Bonus point to Amazon for carrying this after my local grocery decided not to.

We have found this to be the best Belgian waffle mix taste and texture-wise. But, this product is over priced at Amazon. It is way cheaper at your local grocery store.

I usually like Krusteaz products but I really didn't like their waffles. They were extremely dry, kinda like having biscuit waffles with a sweet taste. Unfortunately, I thought I'd like them so I ordered 2 boxes 😔. I'll try adding a little more oil. They were light & fluffy, just really dry & I wasn't crazy about the flavor.

When I received the package of waffle mix the box was torn and I had to tape it up.

This waffle mix really does produce light and crispy Belgian waffles. They remind me of the hotel I stayed at in Belgium that had a waffle cart. So yummy!
