Already had one of these and it’s very efficient, great quality and value. Easy to use , portable and effective.

Performance seems to be good . Appearance pleasant to the eye ,very light weight. Effect it has on facial hair is ok to good & the size fits size of palm & very easy to clean. All in all a good product for the price .

Got it for my Mum and she loves it. It is quick and easy to use.

After I used it for the first time I couldn’t remove the head to clean it. Just wouldn’t turn until I put a rubber glove on for a better grip. Eventually the head came off but all the bits inside it flew across the floor. Can’t get the bits back in and anyway the head won’t fit back on. Sending it back and have ordered a Flawless shaver

This is second one of these I've had, by J.M.L. still the best one of this type to get. Working well. Does a fairly good job removing face hair. Pleased so far.

Nowhere near as good as finishing touch flawless. I thought this was supposed to be an improvement on finishing touch flawless as Jml used to sell that and then replaced it with Nu You. When my finishing touch flawless broke I thought I'd give this a go but it is ok at best. The head is like the 1st generation finishing touch flawless so does not have the improved head that finishing touch flawless now has. The rechargeable battery sounds like it is running out when using it just after being fully charged. The results are not as smooth as finishing touch flawless and I had to press really hard to get my skin as smooth as possible. It is not very powerful and there is no light on it. My advice would be to buy finishing touch flawless instead of this. I feel like this was a waste of money. Update: Downgraded to 1 star after buying a new finishing touch flawless and comparing them further. The nu you just does not have enough power to function. Also you only get 1 head with Nu you but 3 heads (2 spares) with finishing touch flawless. For those who think you can't buy finishing touch flawless, you can still buy it (I've got mine from Amazon, but Boots and Argos still sell it apparently) it just did not have JML branding anymore, so don't search for JML. The nu you is going to the electrical recycling at the tip when though I've had it only 3 days. I can't return it for hygiene reasons as I used it a couple of times. A complete waste of almost £20.
