What size recommended if you’re 5’10 175lbs.

I'm 5'11" and 175, I did the large, they are a little baggy but work good with layers underneath. You could probably do a medium if you want a more snug fit.

Do these pants run small? Some of the reviews say they run a size or two smaller. Thanks

I an 6'4" wear a 38 waist and 32 length and I needed an XL Tall. I bought the first one (LT) based on the size recommendation and it fit perfectly. But I had no room for layers. Had to go up a size.

I personally I would go to a sitka clothing store and try on some sizes. I would guess, you would take a large size. I'm 5'10" and weigh 212lbs. I take an XL with room to layer. You should look at the sizing chart and see what it says about waist and chest measurements and inseam. If you only want one transaction, go try the bibs on for size.
