The package was whole but the seat was broken

Nice design let down by brittle plastic
Disappointed with this, I should have just flushed the money down the toilet in the first place and saved some hassle. The fittings are fine, and the removable design is good, but the actual seat is cheap and fragile. When I pushed the rear if the seat into the clips it cracked in two separate places; the seat and the lid. So it was never used in anger as it didn't last long enough for that. It's not as bendy as other cheap plastic seats but it's too far the other way and is incredibly brittle. .
