I like this unique supplement for its benefits to detoxing, digestion, and skin health. For me the most noticeable is the skin health improvement. I usually take it in the morning with two turmeric tablets to enhance the synergistic effects of both supplements. The tablets are easy to swallow and it’s a good value too.
