Not overly impressed
As like many other reviews claimed, the fitting are some kind of metric, so I'll just make my own, already expected it. It took over 90 minutes to get to full temp & does not get as hot as claimed. Holding mount is atrocious, DO NOT rely on it to hold the unit, had I been sitting it would have ended up in my lap with roasted chest nuts hence my 1*

Metric design
This tool is for metric pipe sizes 20, 25 and 32 mm which basically corresponds to 3/4”, 1” and 1-1/4” US standard. I find the dies will work, but I don’t know if the deviation will make the joints not as strong as they could be. I noticed it takes quite a while for the heaters to get to operating temperature, so plug it in well ahead of time.

Works great and really handy
This is such a handy tool to have around if you work with pvc. It's a quality machine and feels solid. It is nice-looking and it works great. I like that it's easy to use different sizes as needed. It takes a bit to get dialed into the right temperature if you've never used one but not long. The welds have held up nicely and I'm really happy with this tool. This is a nice pvc welder and a good value if you're looking to try one out.

Junk
Ordered it twice because half the kit was missing the first time. Then I Couldn’t get it to work. Tried different settings. Nothing. Made a mess. Ruined pipes.
