I ordered in just in time !! I used to buy the expensive Navage saline pods but they are so hard to find nowadays and I hate ordering because many tend to break during shipping . These plastic pieces works fantastic for me . I rinse my sinuses up 3 times a day depending on the pollen count or what's blooming . These are extremely easy to use as well as reusable. I recommend anyone giving these a try .

I recently tested this product, and it functions flawlessly. It enables me to utilize various saline packets with my Navage, which is incredibly convenient. While many local stores carry the device, finding replacement pods can be a challenge. This ingenious device has solved that issue for me, allowing me to use widely available saline options from any store. I strongly recommend it.

Came in a small plastic carry case which I likeItem was not over packaged which I also likeI was expecting each item to last a few weeks and break...nope - its been several months and I am still on the first silicone insert with 1 time daily use.

This product works some of the time, I would have liked to see it work every time.

It's a bit tricky to get it to stay in place but heck, now I put in water and my saline packet and rotate machine to mix. Cheaper than the pods and packets easier to take on the road.

I tried five of them and not one allowed the Navage to engage and work. Since they are nonrefundable, they are worthless.

Works as it says. Saves a lot of $$$ since you don't have to pay for the over priced salt pods to make the Nevage work.

Once you install the aftermarket insert, go to your nearest pharmacy and buy 500ml of 9% sodium chloride irrigation saline for $6, and put 1 to 2 tbsp in the water compartment. Then fill the rest up with tap water or bottled water, these inserts will last awhile, about a year or so for the 20 pcs. in the package. They will save you from buying the saline cartridges that are around $30 for a 30 pack !

These inserts allow you to bypass the Navage saline cups and is much cheaper than buying saline cups. You will have to mix your own saline solution (not included). I've gotten the inserts to work for about a week (14 uses) but they lose reliability at this time. I suspect the silicone becomes compressed and doesn't create enough tension under the cap.I'll have to buy more of these than expected, but still worth it over buying saline cups.☆☆☆☆
