I've tried taurine powder before but tablets are so much more convenient. These aren't on the smaller size but ive no issue swallowing them with a large gulp of water or yogurt.Very competitive price wise too, always a quick delivery from this brand. Happy customer!

I had not seen or used Taurine as a supplement previously, but looking at how it works i thought it would be worth taking.I have opted to take 2/3 of the directed dosage, which is 3 tablets a day that dosage would give you the quoted 1500mg on the packaging.At 3 tablets a day, this 180 tablet packet will last 60 days.I have been taking them in the morning with water and have not had any adverse effect in conjunction with visiting the gym around 2 - 3 times a week.I was particularly interested in the support it gives to energy levels, cardiovascular health and electrolyte balance which are hard to read too specifically, but the research for me suggests as a naturally occurring amino acid its a helpful supplement.

Knowing what effects taurine has, I've focused on the post workout recovery and noted that it has been beneficial when taking the recommended dosage. Energy levels are sustained throughout the day and one has less apathy.
