Have seen so much progress within my hair, however, no progress within my nails:(

I have been taken biotin for a few years to help improve my hair. I have seen a noticeable improvement. Shine, condition, thickness and able to grow it longer. I previously purchased from Holland and Barrett but these seem cheaper and just easier to buy from Amazon. PS . I also take marine collagen.

Worth every penny

Stared taking this as my nails are very weak and flaky. After few weeks of taking I can see an improvement in my nails and hair.. I previously purchased another brand which required you to take two tablets a day this one is better value for money. Not only do you only have to take one tablet daily you get a years supply for the same price as I paid for the other brand that lasted around 3 months

PRO TIPS: If you want long healthy hair / nails Biotin ✔️ Cuticle Oil (every evening) ✔️ when I was growing my nails out i did put it on once in the morning once in the evening and they grew out within like a month Scalp massager (ideally every day but 2-3 times a week will do for 10 ish mins) ✔️ Rosemary oil / water ( 1-2 times a week) ✔️ you can make your own by buying rosemary at the shop, add to boiling water and let it simmer (heat 4/6 on the hob) for 8 mins, put in spray bottle (£2 on amazon) and spray on your scalp xoxo Also trim your ends on a full moon ik it sounds a woo woo but trust it works (alongside everything else) Give it 1-3 months it really doesn’t tak

Easy to swallow pills. These really work, my hair and nails are so much stronger.

Unlike other biotin supplements, this one is smaller in size hence it is easier to swallow. It also does not smell or taste awful, or give any bitter taste afterwards.
