I have tried Bambody, Thinx, and Trendix brand period underwear and these are way better. They provide great coverage and absorption while remaining breathable. They fit just like the picture shows and the size chart is accurate. You will not regret this purchase. My hips measure 40.5 inches and my waist fluctuates between 31.5 and 33 inches throughout the year. I bought the large and it is always comfortable. I am higher waisted and these come all the way to it, just like I wanted. Living in the deep south makes swamp butt something that is hard to avoid, but with these undies I can. I can't recommend them enough.

I rarely write reviews. But I had been on a long frustrating quest to find the perfect period underwear and I think I have found them! Soft, comfortable, wide gusset with very little outer stitching so there is NO leakage at the sides/underneath, the absorbent area goes a tad higher up the front to catch ALL front leaks, and extends to the band at the back so there can be no back leaks. I forget I am wearing them! They make no sound. They dont make me feel sweaty. They are great for moderate to heavy period flows, and all other body fluids. I have tried SO many brands and styles, and even some pretty fancy expensive brands, and these are by far the best I have tried. For day time, and night time. They are true to size. You won’t be disappointed!

They do seem big out the box, these are kinda high waisted, I don’t mind that, fit was not too big even though they looked like it. Slightly bulky but has to be for heavy flow. Because of bulk they take longer to hang dry but good fit, work well, wicks away moisture, didn’t feel like I was in a wet diaper or anything like that. I’ll update in a few months after wearing them more and washing more.

The fabric is silky soft. The seams are well made.

Amazing fabric of this panty that absorbs the fluid and prevents leakage. This panty kept the fluid from getting out even in the pool and beach. I wore it for about 7 hours without any issues and was able to enjoy my vacation at a tropical location. Good for women with irregular periods or women in perimenopause who don’t know when their period may come. Just wear it under your swimsuit. The fit was nice and snug for me and I forgot I was wearing it. Not sure I’ll use these regularly but I will always take them on trips, vacation when going to the beach etc. Takes long to dry because it’s so thick but it worked even when wet. Highly recommend!

Too big. Buy smaller size. Feels thick like bathing suit. Rides up in back. Absorbs if slow leakage. Otherwise not, it leaks.
