e.l.f H2o waterproof inkwell eyeliner pen. This eyeliner works very well. It doesn't smudge or run. The color I got was a navy blue was perfect for my skin tone. It wasn't too bright it was bold. The eyeliner tip is very thin, so it gives you nice precise lines. No clumping. It's easy to apply and long lasting. It also dry's fast. It pretty much hypoallergenic and wont break you out. This was a great buy and good quality.

Ordered the lilac/light purple shade and I love it! It’s easy to use & creates sharp lines, looks cool AF, and a fun change to a traditional black cat eye. I tried it on without any makeup or lashes done, so you can imagine how dope it would look with a full face, or even a light layer base with just the liner and mascara. It takes 2 layers to get the full coverage and colour because it’s light-coloured, and takes a couple minutes to dry completely .. but it stays put! It’ll wash off easily with an oil-based remover.

The color is great and it stays on all day - even with sweat and an occasional eye rub.The part I don’t like is that the wand comes out of the tube completely covered in the liquid. So as I put it on my eyelid, my eyelashes are basically rubbing all the extra liner off of the wand. I’ve started just immediately grabbing and wiping my lashes off after application.Unless you can put your liner on with the brush angled down, I don’t know how anyone applies this without getting their lashes coated. (I apply liner by holding in a couple of fingers and resting the heel of my hand on my cheek. That’s normal, right?)Anyway, it’s not enough to keep me from buying it again, but I would love for elf to revamp the packaging.

This really is a very good waterproof eyeliner and the price is great. We recently were on vacation and I did quite a lot of swimming. It stayed on all day!

I have very fine wrinkles in my eyelids, but the type of brush that comes with this doesn't glide. It's hard and bumps across your eyelid. The color is beautiful and stays put. Too bad it doesn't come with a brush. Hopefully, I can clean a brush from an old eyeliner and use it. Otherwise...🫤

This eyeliner DOES NOT BUDGE once it is dry! It lasts all day - and through sleeping and taking a shower the next morning. You definitely need makeup remove to get this off. I would happily buy again.

This product lasts so much longer than most felt tip eyeliners. It is my go to liner. The tip is nice and thin for detail, and the base of the brush is a bit wider for feathering wings out. I use it to tight line my upper lashes as well. There is a lot of ink on the applicator, so I tap the applicator before tight lining. I still get it in my eyes at times. It is not a problem, because this liner is fabulous! It does not sink into my wrinkles, and it stays put for hours! I have bad allergies that make my eyes run. This eyeliner stays put even when this happens. Add this to your collection for sure!

Not a fan of the hard applicator. I’m used to the give of a brush. Especially for making broad lines. With this applicator I have to go over the same spot multiple times to get the desired thickness. Plus I poked my eye.The eyeliner itself is definitely waterproof. Lasts all day without flaking. It was a little difficult to remove with my cleanser. I had to scrub my eyelid more than I like to.Overall it’s an adequate eyeliner with a bad applicator. I have a feeling m going to have a hard time finding a brush again.
