Quality and Good price!
I bought these on a whim because I wanted a good amount of different variety seeds. The package is small and not fancy, but the seeds make up for it. All of the seeds I planted so far sprouted easily.

These seeds seem pretty good
I planted a few of them in a container to see how well they sprouted. All of them sprouted, and usually they’ll be a few duds among the seeds In a package of seeds it looks like they checked these out pretty thoroughly before putting them on the market. Since they marketed as survival seeds, it’s important that they be able to sprout reliably and produce fruit. I’ll be getting a few more packages of these in the future, as the packages contain only a handful of seeds. I like the fact that heirloom which means that Plants that I produce from the seeds will produce an identical plant. That would be important in the survival situation.

Seems Good
Like other reviewers said the can is small. The width of the can fits inside your palm. For anyone wanting a better reference, the can will easily sit inside a bowl. But considering it's for seeds; it saves space and seems economical. I haven't opened it up yet but it's a great thing to have on hand just in case. I wish they had more corn seeds though. You need at least a good 20-25 seeds to get a small yet desent sized corn patch. Otherwise the sun and wind will kill them off before you get any produce and makes it a waste. Oh, well, I guess I'll have to go somewhere else to get more corn seeds. These seeds are rated for desert/sandy soil found in the western U.S. which is why I bought them. If they'll grow here, they'll do pretty well anywhere from the Mid-West to California.

BEST compact seed kit
The media could not be loaded. I am utterly amazed at how many seeds and varieties come in this compact kit! I absolutely love how it doesn't take up much space and can be stored easily. The container is made of durable plastic that doesn't allow light through and comes with a tray that secures the little seed baggies and doubles as a seed sorting tray! It is a great gift for both the avid gardener and those who've never gardened before but want to be prepped in case they ever have to grow their own food. I'm excited to make and freeze pesto again this year from the large leaf Italian basil and harvest other vegetables! A little bonus is the white space on the back of the baggies that can be used for additional notes. The kit does come with a nice chart letting you know how many seeds are included for each variety, seed depth, plant and row spacing, and days until germination and maturity. This really is the best seed kit I've seen and highly recommend that everyone should have at least one! I've bought eight of them already!

Very small
I was expecting a bigger container. It’s very small, maybe the size of a coffee mug, and the seed packets are also very small, maybe an inch or 2 square. Not sure of the value for the money.

Poor germination
We planted about 100 seeds to grow starters. Of those seeds only 15 germinated. Terrible germination rate. Would not buy again.

Great value
Purchased these because they offered a great variety for the price. So far, all the seeds I have planted have come up. Very impressed. No directions, but I've been an avid gardener all my life, so that was no big deal. For newbies, it might be helpful to have some directions on how deep to plant specific seeds.
