Hydrogen Water Bottle

I loved it and it worked great for about a week. But now it doesn't work any more in less than 5 days. Returning. PS glass is strong and it seemed well built. It would bubble and the water tasted great!!! But after 5 days and the 2nd recharge it didn't keep working any more.

I thought it was broken after a week, as it only stayed on for a few seconds. Contacted seller and he didn’t mention charging, but did say to allow white vinegar to sit in device for 30 min to clean and also to use mineral water. It works great when charged!

Purchased 3 of these. Opened one charged it ran a couple of cycles and though hmmmmm.... I didn't see any bubbles like the directions stated. Just a blue light. Did the same thing with the second one. Same thing. Finally the third one actually did something. I believe it works if you get a good one. Shipping is slow, product QC is horrible. And yes the packaging is super frail. Falls apart as soon as you pick it up. Overall I could not recommend buying from this seller.

No issues and water tastes good. You can not use tap water it says this in the description. Spring, water mountain water or alkaline water

I googled Beginners directions, and it prompt me to YouTube and still not sure if I am using it correctly because there was so many different brands that they were directing me to watch and it was the incorrect model. Finally, I found it and the gentleman that was doing the YouTube. He stated that it didn’t come with good directions and he pretty much guessed just like he did but the water is very good! The only thing I don’t like about it is that you have to drink the water within an hour no longer than an hour and a half. I know it says you can take it with you, but it’s Glass and I am a truck driver and stopping every time I want a glass of water just doesn’t seem suitable for me but overall I do enjoy it but I wish it really came with more and better directions.

This water bottle was ordered Feb 13 and arrived March 2nd. It came in nice packaging. I opened it and charged it while reading directions. Bubbles are suppose to hydronate the water but bubbles were never made. I tried giving it another day. Still no bubbles. Now Amazon is telling me the item isn’t refundable or returnable. I’m waiting on seller to contact me. Do not buy!

Product arrived slightly damaged. The product box was opened and the lid was slightly dented. Overall it works decently but based on the price range, you get what you pay for.

Package arrived damaged. Contents appeared to have been used since the charging cable was not even tied with twist tie. Bottle was not even in plastic wrapping. Also description stated PEM technology which included membrane filter as to not create chlorine in the process of generating hydrogen. When looking at filter in bottom of bottle it does not have a membrane it only has the positive and negative plates. Smelled horrible and didn't even want to taste it because wasn't sure if it had already been used. Tested water after generating hydrogen and chlorine levels increased signifigantly. Do your research on products before purchasing. Took about a week of back and forth emails to receive a full refund.
