We have been using this transfer chair for about 8 months. It has been extremely useful for my sister because it allows her to be easily transferred from her bed to her wheelchair, easy chair, dining chair, etc.. Because of its design, the transfers are not only easier for her care giver, but because of its design that it comes apart, it is also safer and gentler on her during the transfers. This chair has been a game changer for her.

Product was of low quality. Battery arrived broken (which seller agreed to send a replacement). However, other parts of the chair were unlevel, and generally did not seem safe. Returned item, but seller so far will not refund the purchase. Currently disputing with credit card company. 3rd party seller so no help from Amazon.

I previously wrote a scathing review of this unit. It wasn’t the product itself that was causing my frustration, but from what I now understand it was rather the customer service that Amazon was giving me for the product. I received direct contact from the manufacture within 24 hours of my review. The concern for my circumstances was enormous. As soon as they were aware of the problem, I received an email and a follow up phone call from the manufacturer’s representative Hao Yang based in Southern California during the fire storm. I am so impressed by the integrity of this company I have been assured a cure for my problematic unit and I look forward to posting pictures and positive reviews at the end of next week. this is a very exciting day working with a very supportive manufacturer.1/18/25: a new unit and battery were delivered as promised. The connection between the battery pack and the unit is much stronger and easy to do compared to the previous one which was loose. We have been testing the lift and it has not failed. The new unit that arrived didn’t have the safety pins for the back rest. We contacted the manufacturer right away and we’re informed we were given a new model and it no longer needed those safety pins. They answered our question within 12 hours. Company is doing an outstanding job trying to support my use of a machine that will give me more free freedom. I applaud them and I am so grateful that I’m actually getting to speak to them directly. They have been spectacular..

The product is very sturdy and easily could hold an over 200lb adult and not feel wobbly. But at 83 pounds and large, it doesn't fold up small enough for both the device AND the wheelchair to fit in the car. It didn't work well in the bathroom due to space constraints but I can see would be very useful in homes where there was more room to maneuver.

We are pleased with how this lift is helping me with many daily activities including toileting and moving to a recliner.However, the toilet harness is tearing as shown in the photo. I am concerned that I may fall if it tears completely.Amazon has not been able to offer a replacement harness, and I do not know how to contact the seller directly.Has anyone else been able to resolve a similar issue with this lift?

It takes a long time to transport my mom from the lifter to the car. I have a hard time putting her in there. It was a big loss $1,400.00. Very disappointed

This item sucks!It is too difficult to maneuver on carpet floors with the small wheels and the lift seat is hard and uncomfortable to sit in.. I will not buy this item again.👎🏽
