I was using Kate naturals as a friend had given me her bag after it didn’t help her (different brand same stuff -ish) I was using that for two weeks or more and only saw maybe a half oz increase in my supply for a work day so I almost didn’t buy this when the other bag ran low I was just gonna drop it all together. Thanks decided to give this stuff a shot and it honestly has gotten me at least an 0z or two may even three some days during work more. If you’re a just enougher you know how much that means! So I’ll give it 5-5 I put it in my morning oatmeal. It doesn’t taste or smell like anything to me.

The yeast dissolves best in warm/hot liquids and it tastes really good in bone broth, plus you get the extra protein and nutrition from the broth. Definitely will be ordering more.

The taste is fine not sure why folks think the taste is bad. I tried it 2 different ways, once in my hot oatmeal with dates and honey the second just a cup of boiled hot water and honey (like tea). I did see some milk increase the next day but I’ll have to check back to see if it was something that day or the product itself. About an extra 2 oz. 4 stars because it is hard to mix into the water, takes a lot of stirring.

Honestly, I believe it works very well! Instantly noticed an increase in milk output. I recommend it to breastfeeding/pumping moms who notice a decrease in milk output. Whether it’s because of your monthly, or whatever reason, I take dosage according to package but not everyday and has worked for me.

The product itself has very nice packaging. I couldn’t get past the taste of it so I don’t know how effective it actually is.

Since having my baby I’ve been worried about my supply and if I was making enough or not.I’ve been adding into my smoothies daily. I don’t get any weird after taste to it, the flavor is not strong at all. As far as I can tell the quality of it is good, has not varied between bags.As for effectiveness I’m not sure if it has increased my supply or not however it definitely hasn’t hurt it. And I figured if it is giving me nutrients it doesn’t hurt to add it to my smoothie to make it more well rounded and not just drinking sugary fruits!

i definitely noticed a difference after using this product! i had a major dip in my milk supply about 3 weeks pp and was only pumping about 1-2 ounces a session and my baby drinks about 3.5-4 ounces. now i’m producing about 5-6 ounces a session! Not an over supplier but just enough to feed my baby with some left over! there really isn’t any taste to it, i typically will mix it in with some oatmeal or even my coffee in the morning. Highly recommend for breastfeeding mamas!
