Simply not enough gel inside of them, otherwise they are well made, nice size and great packaging, where we lose stars is the lack of gel inside causes the pack to be flat & awkward and inconsistent with empty spots in the middle and sides, if there was more gel inside it would be a terrific ice pack, they do stay cold for a while and help when use them but they would be 100 % better if the tripled the amount of gel in the pack.

My daughter seems to go through spells where she need an ice pack every other day. these are the perfect size for those occasional bumps and bruises. they don't take up much room so then can just hang out in the freezer when no in use.

When took out of the freezer to use on my knee. Pack fell on the floor. And tore both packets open. Now there useless. Didn't even get a chance to use them. They freeze solid like rock. NOT like other ice packs that are gel like.

These are really great. Convenient that you get 3 in a set so you can always keep some cold. They get very cold and stay cold for a good amount of time, but they are always soft and flexible. I have not tried warming them up. We are using these over and over again. Durability has held up.

These gel packs are conveniently sized for multiple applications, where you just need a small hot or cold pack. I’ve personally used to put into a lunch bag and it kept my food cooler. I’ve also used this for when it was cold outside but I had to be outside so I kept a warm one in my pocket. It didn’t stay hot for super long but it does help keep you warm, especially your fingers.Overall quality seems pretty good and no problems with leaks.

Conocía este tipo de paquetes de gel debido a una lesión de tobillo, pero desconocía que además de frío, también sirven para aplicar calor.Con 1,5 horas en el congelador se pone muy frio y se puede aplicar con comodidad.Para calentarlo, como cada microondas tiene su potencia, lo mejor es seguir las instrucciones, que es calentarlo inicialmente en tramos de 10 segundos y así podemos comprobar el tiempo necesario para poder aplicar calor, pero sin sobrecalentarlo.Son paquetes de gran tamaño y muy maleables, por lo que se adaptan bien a la zona a tratar.
