Manhood: How to Be a Better Man-Or Just Live With One

Picked this up after listening to Terry Crews on the Tim Ferris podcast.It's an excellent and easy-to-read biography. I don't usually read biographies, but my interest was piqued by the issues he'd discussed in the podcast. I'd honestly assumed he'd jumped from NFL to acting without any tumbles, and it was refreshing to see behind that curtain. Terry still seems larger than life to me, but he seems more 'real' after reading this.Enjoyable and would recommend if curious about this real-life superman.

Bought this for a friend who rarely reads books, to try to encourage him as we are both big fans of Brooklyn 99 & think Mr Crews is awesome in Blended, and he finished it in 2days...which is a record! He says it is nicely written, very readable (clearly!!) and that Terry Crews is simply lovely...I haven't read it yet but I will say I've seen a difference in my mate's demeanour: a bit more confident...so much so he's decided to join a dating agency, something I've been trying to get him to do for years...don't know how much credit goes to this book but changes definitely date from when he read it!!!!

Great book about the mans life and truly inspiring. Although I would advise you all to check out his youtube channel, especially the 'men event' series if you want even more inspiration. To be honest you can get most of the knowledge he has given to us online. The wisdom he gives in the book isnt as in depth as that gems he drops in some of his interviews.

What a man, his lifes work from start to stardom. When you see his film after reading this book you will see a differnt side to him and understand the stuggles he went through to get this far in life.

Bought it as a gift for my mum as we're both big fans of his and she loves it! It's a great book and I would highly recommend it! There aren't any pictures in the book which my mum was slightly disappointed about (mainly because she fancies him) but it's still a fantastic book!

This book is a god send. A witty, thoughtful, inspiring story of journeying to manhood that made me feel validated and laugh my head off.

A must read for real men.
