Skinfix's products never fail to disappoint me. I tend to get super dry and cracked lips during the winter and spring months and this has worked super well to help hydrate my lips! I like using this as an overnight lip treatment before I go to sleep. This looks like lip gloss after I apply it onto my lips! The consistency is a bit thinner than other lip treatments that I have used but I still wake up with super soft lips! If my lips are extra dry, I like to apply this lip treatment right before I do my makeup. Once I'm done doing my makeup, I wipe off the lip treatment and I notice my lips are noticeably less dry/cracked than before.There is no plumping sensation unlike the plumping lip glosses that I have tried. I think the plumping effect that they refer to for this product is that your lips appear fuller and more "plump" because it is more moisturized. I have notices less fine lines on my lips since using this product so I can say that it works. :) But it is a subtle difference.For the price, I was expecting a much bigger tub of product. You get a really small tub of this product for the price that you are paying for it. It is a really high-quality product so I think that it is worth it for the price.One thing that I do not like about this product is that you have to apply it with your fingers. This makes it unsanitary and hard to use if you are out and about. Other than that, I think this is a great product and I would recommend it.

During this past month, once a week, I will use my normal petroleum jelly instead, as a control test. I can confirm normal old petroleum jelly gives me a thicker, longer lasting barrier than this product. I can still feel a tiny amount of petroleum jelly on my lips in the morning. With the Skinfix product, it is gone by morning. If you don't like thick occlusives like petroleum jelly products, then you will quite enjoy this product. If you prefer a thicker product, I do not think this is for you.I have not noticed any plumping effect. Fortunately, I did not order this product for that potential benefit.There is nothing at all wrong with this product, it just isn't my personal preference. That being said, I do not feel its price tag is warranted.

Lip Treatment from a great brandI am a 44 year old woman who lives in Southern California and I always have chapped lips. I have tried so many different brands of lip treatments and nothing seems to keep meh lips chap free. I know that skinfix is a great brand and when I saw that this lip treatment has collagen and helps plump lips and fill fine lines I was sold. This balm is not thin but not super thick either. It smooths on the lips nicely. I don’t feel any burning like I do with lip plumper. There is no scent or flavor. I keep the jar of Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Lipid + Collagen Lip Treatment on my nightstand so that I can put it on before bed and once I wake up. I haven’t been using it long enough to notice any plumping or reduction in line but will report back in a month of so. Overall this product is nice on my lips and I love that it’s not scented or flavored.

I really love the Skinfix brand. Their moisturizer is probably the best moisturizer I have ever used. It so so hydrating and it smells like buttered popcorn (in a good way) but this review is for the Skinfix Triple Lipid Collagen Lip Treatment. I have been using it for a week or so now morning and night. I put it on my lips before applying makeup and as a treatment overnight. It has natural ingredients and peptides and unlike chapstick and other petroleum products it has improved my chapped lips and make them look and feel softer and plumper. Unfortunately it doesn’t smell or taste like butter popcorn like their moisturizer (it doesn’t smell or taste like anything) but it’s a really effective product. I love the SkinFix brand and I will be buying this one again.

this is basically just a lip balm. I didn't notice any significant other benefits to using it, and it doesn't really last a long time. I put it on before bed, and by the time i turned out my light after 30 minutes of reading, it was basically gone and I felt like I needed more lip balm.

Comes in a cute little pot. The balm kind of has the look and feel of vaseline with not much scent at all. Warms up quickly with your fingers. It is very moisturizing and did great at healing my chapped lips. A little goes a long way with this one, no need to grab too much at once!

I use this several times a day to restore my chapped lips. It feels like petroleum jelly, just not as thick. There is no scent and no taste. It lasts on my lips about an hour, maybe a little less. Overall, I haven't really noticed much difference using this product. My lips don't look fuller or plumper. They are less dry which is nice. The price is a bit steep for an average lip treatment.

I get dry chapped lips overnight from the heat/AC being on in my house, so I like to use lip treatments before I go to bed. This treatment is very thick when applying but after using it for a few weeks, I was waking up with a dry spot on my lips in the morning. I am not noticing any plumping affects. I'm not sure if this treatment is a good value at the price point.
