Great transition bed for toddlers!
This bed is SO cute and perfect for my little one who has outgrown the crib, but not quite outgrown the need for some side boundaries and low profile incase of climbing out. This bed was assembled by 2 people: me and my 7 year old, so it was very easy to put together and didn't take longer than an hour max. My only note on this bed is that there is only one configuration: with the little opening on the right side of the bed. I didn't even think about that when ordering, but her room currently does not allow for the bed to be positioned with the right side out. I thought I would be able to just switch the side rails, but they fit a very specific way and were unable to be changed. This configuration works fine as she's adapted to just climbing over the bar, but what I've noticed is the bar on the current 'out' side is wobbly, whereas the bar on the side with the opening is much sturdier. Not a reason to not buy this bed, but definitely worth considering to search for the opposite configuration, if they make it.

Unsafe and not structural
Often a consumer of reviews, I need to take more time writing them. I wanted to love this bed. I actually ordered two for my twin girls. They are so cute on each corner of the room. However, the horizontal bars are just far enough apart that my 2 years slip through in the middle of the night and get stuck. Not having wood connecting the bottom - mattress sits on the floor - leaves the structure wobbly and would not survive active kiddos. I'm pretty disappointed and would have returned them if that was all feasible. I did go with 2 stars because they are cute but I would not recommend them.

Be Careful! inaccurate description of size
although described in the product name as a twin bed, this frame is way bigger in length and width than a standard twin bed. We bought a twin mattress all excited to use our new bed only to have a huge gap on all sides! we tried a larger twin and although the length was a little better, there was still too much space on the sides causing it to be a hazard where a child can get stuck if they roll to the side.

CAUTION: Does Not Fit Standard Twin - Need Twin XL
Overall, good bed - especially for price. There are 2 things that need pointing out though - this is advertised as a Twin Bed, but a standard Twin Mattress is too small (leaves few inch gaps on both sides). However, a Twin XL mattress fits perfectly. The 2nd item worth pointing out is that the entry side (rails, specifically) cannot be switched to the other side. Feel like this would be an easy design/manufacturing fix, enabling you to decide which side of bed the entry point is - as everyone has different room needs and/or dimensions. I will try to drill additional holes myself in order to switch the entry side.Again, it is definitely good, especially for price.

Great!
It’s a great started bed for my kiddo! But you can tell it’s on the cheaper side
