The mug looks amazing but it arrived broken. I asked for a replacement and when it arrived it was broken again. The packaging is absolutely terrible. The mug is in a sort of display box with plenty of room inside to move. When shipped, there is no bubble or fuller paper to PROTECT the fragile mug inside. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter but obviously that ship has sailed. Very disappointed *Update: I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement which arrived in one piece! They were great! The mug is a 5 out of 5 if it's packed correctly which amazon clearly does not

I bought this for my boyfriend as he loves LOTR and a cup of tea. He thought it was funny and he’s used it a lot. We hand wash it and it’s still in perfect condition. I did have to re-order and sent the first one back as it had a chip and this is because they’re not very well packaged when dispatched. But the second one was fine.
