Had a stubborn clog 20 ft from my access point in a turn. Manual auger couldn’t break through. But, this monster cleared it with little effort and very quickly. Retrieval of the auger was easy and clean up was quick and easy. Unit came charged. That was a bonus. Power was good. This tool saved me hundreds of dollars immediately and will continue to save me money in the future.

This tool was a solid performer within the design envelope. I used it to remove a large blockage about 15 feet in on a 2 inch drain. The auger navigated several turns in the pipe and chewed through a compacted clog with no trouble.If you are working in drains 2 inch or less I think you can expect this tool to be fine. I would not be confident in the performance working in larger diameter pipe.I found the build quality to be decent the controls are intuitive and the power appropriate for the intended purpose.

Compact and very handy. Works great! I use it at my car wash on some of the smaller drains. It clears the backups right away. I’m very happy with the quality of the item. Great purchase at a great value

I’ve used it once to unclog an upstairs bathroom drain. It did the trick, and was cheaper to buy than to call a plumber out to do the same thing. So it has already paid for itself after one use. It feels a little cheaply made, so I can’t attest to its durability… but maybe with time it will surprise me. It was worth it for me.

It arrived fully charged. After much research and review reading I settled on this WorkPro and cleared a blockage that professional plumbers tried to fix. The plumbers told me they would need to go into the wall etc... man, this machine did the job an expert said couldn't be done and, I was able to do it myself! The 2 handles made it easier for me to lift and keep in place.

So far so good. I'd watch the video someone posted about how they use it because it's a bit confusing but it works. It's heavy and awkward but the battery came charged so we were able to fix our apartment sink after a week without it.Maintenance had been here once and thought they fixed it, they used a hand auger, but they didn't, and it stopped working immediately after they left and it's been 3 more days. I got this today, from Amazon on a Sunday with it taking two days, and the wife and I fixed the sink in about an hour.

I don't want to completely hate on this product because the reason it stopped working for me was user error, but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because despite the fact that it was advertised for use on a toilet, I would strongly advise against using it on a toilet. Using it on a toilet is what broke mine. I broke it by using it on a toilet like you would a drain, and it got caught on something and kinked the auger's line. However, using the product on shower drains, sink drains or anything else like it was advertised worked amazing! I was able to pull out massive chunks of hair and over gross things causing clogs without a problem. I've used workpro products before and have been really satisfied with them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to fix basic or semi-difficult clogs.

I just received the Workpro 20V Electric Drain Auger Snake and I immediately put it to use after charging the battery. My observations:1. Very well built with many nice features.2. Instruction manual needs improvement. They mention an "OFF" switch (in section 1.6(a) that does not exist and is not listed in section 4 (Know your product) This section should have been first in the manual. Technical data should be the last section of the manual. Lastly, the labeling of the switch trigger (L & R) with a center Lock defining R as clockwise is confusing; why not use CW and CCW)?3. Battery excellent: I was able to clear 2 sinks with by running between 8 and 12 feet each time twice, and when I finished, the battery still had 4 led lights "ON", indication that it has more than 75% charge left.4. Operation of the unit was very easy as long as you do not try to speed up the process and to be observant of the motion of the snake. The mistake many people make with drain snakes is they do not stay very close to the opening of the drain, and then by going too fast, they tangle the cable, rendering it less prone to follow the path of the pipes without getting stuck.5. The provided bag is definitely a "plus".In summary, despite some of the shortcomings I listed above, I still like the unit and recommend it for purchase. Should I experience any issue in the future, I will definitely update this review.
