Q: Is this available in all white? Some of the colors looks gray in the pictures like the cabinets.

That is the least of your problems. This is such a SMALL, poorly constructed unit... it is good in image appearance only. It is perfect for a 5-7 year old girl... My wife is Japanese, 5' 6", 140 lbs. and it is way, way too small for her. She was afraid to sit in it. We got our refund and they didn't even want us to ship it back.
