Very happy with my new Monitor! Of course upgrading to a newer model computer comes with challenges. Everything I had needed to be replaced to accommodate the New era. All the old plug ins did not work, so I had to purchase all new accessories! Stinks when I truly Loved all my old stuff, but computers crash & get outdated. This was not quite as good as my last yet it will work for the $'s. No Real Complaints other than it cost money that I didn't want to spend...Moving forward!

I am happy with this monitor.I ordered this to use in my workshop for the laptop out there. I'm getting older and it's hard to see the screen as well as I used to.The build on this monitor is very basic but it works great. It doesn't have any speakers and the plastic is very no frills as compared to Samsung's usual offerings but the picture is great and it's very well suited to a utility role like in an office or a shop.It has HDMI and VGA inputs. I suspect this is the same panel used in their higher priced displays but they bring the cost down by keeping the features and bezel basic.Overall, I'd highly recommend this monitor. If you're just looking for a basic monitor that works with no frills, but want Samsung quality, this is the one you're looking for.

I did not pay attention to the description, these monitors are only tilt adjustable top to bottom and that is not smooth adjust but click-to-position plastic grooves, they are not pivot or height adjustable. They are mounted on hollow, flimsy, injection molded plastic boomerang stands. I had the monitors in a side by side dual monitor set up and the edges did not align straight nor could I adjust the pivot.

Keep in mind, it has no built-in speakers. I was thinking about connecting a DTV converter box to it, and I still might, but I will also have to supply speakers to the box.It is mainly to be used as a monitor in the bedroom. The whole DTV thing would just be a plus.It has HDMI and VGA inputs, so if it is solely used as a computer monitor, then it's on-point. Not for gaming though, just for general use.It is a beautiful monitor with a beautiful picture quality.Samsung seems to still represent quality my friends.

This Samsung monitor had a nice and bright display and passed the test I performed about testing for dead pixels.This monitor will be great for anyone wanting a 16 X 9 aspect ratio for general computer usage.For a gamer, this monitor would not be ideal because it only has HDMI. A gamer's monitor needs DisplayPort as " HDMI 2.0 supports a maximum bandwidth of 18 Gbps, which is enough to handle 4K resolution at up to 60Hz, or 1080p at up to 240Hz. In comparison, DisplayPort 1.4 has a maximum bandwidth of 32.4Gbps, which opens up a much greater resolution and frame rate potential."
