Having tried a few fans, we have found this fan to be the most effective and least noisy. We use it in a south facing room which gets very hot and it does make the room more bearable in the very hot weather. The customer service from Puremate was also excellent when we needed to contact them about something. We would definitely buy from them again.

This fan is surprisingly effective at night. While it may feel underpowered compared to conventional fans, it quietly and evenly circulates air throughout the bedroom—ideal for light sleepers. It's not that quiet especially on the higher settings, the sleep function is pretty much useless if you want a quiet fan. And the aroma function doesn't do much of anything. But as a general fan yes it's fine. Not worth what we paid for it though. Could of found a cheaper one that does the same thing

Does what it should do. Haven’t quite worked out the sleep mode or used the aroma function but it’s good I can control from the remote control.

Great fan, easy to set up and use.

Absolutely blown away! This is the best fan I've ever bought, even better than the Dyson we bought last year! Strong airflow (actually very powerful for a bedroom), lots of functions and speeds too. Love the added scent feature too and that you can switch off the display at night for no light interruptions. Easy to set up (just 4 screws into the base). So happy with this and for the price, it's just brilliant

Owned for 10 days before it started making a clicking noise when on. All that changed was my 1 year old nephew touched it whilst it was oscillating and only with his index finger at that. I removed it from the base, thinking the oscillating function had being damaged, but it the noise still occurs.Now, the above doesn't necessarily call for a 1 star review, but the complete lack of product support available on their almost entirely defunct website does. And, ffs, let us turn and keep off the LED lights. And mute the sound. It's obnoxious. Oh, and rubbish build quality that was defeated by a 1 year old.

This fan is good but I feel it’s overpriced for the issues it still hasn’t overcome. If you have the fan next to a tv the buttons on the tv remote for some reason control the fan, so if you try to switch channel or turn the tv on or off it turns the fan off which is quite annoying… the light mode only works on one setting which kind of defeats the point for the night mode as you can’t turn the screen light off in night mode. When it’s on swing mode it is extremely loud also. Personally feel it’s overpriced for these issues.
