Updated Love it! As informative and in a nutshell as possible. Material: great. Perfect elasticity. Sizing info.:Im 5'2, 33" waist. I have purchased a large initially, then a medium and now a small. Bought for my post op lipo care. I have it on the 2nd cinched hook on a small right now. Build: 7 flexible bones. Perfect amount. Ive seen other brands with 10+bones, and for my activity level, 7 is Perfect. I have a short torso, so this works great. Doesn't dig in. Bones keep it from rolling up. Overall: great. It exceeds expectations and goes beyond some other brands that cost way more. More comfortable than the others, more expensive ones I've tried like shapshee and Isavela. Already bought the black one. I love the velcro for extra tightness if ya need it.

Very comfortable and really good quality for the price, if you planing on sitting down for a long time it does gets uncomfortable but I can walk all day it feels like I have nothing on 🫶🏻 very happy

I purchased this waste trainer as I had lost a lot of pounds and wanted to help tighten up my midsection. It’s like a corset with little loops and pins that you have to hook together parts of that can be a little bit difficult and sometimes you need someone to help you. I purchased a size that was just a tad bit too small and I have to have help getting into it. I don’t like the feel of the material on my skin so I have to put it over a thin shirt and then have help hooking it. It fits extremely snug and when it’s on, it looks great! The quality of the material is very top-of-the-line. It’s very functional and also gives you some back support. I have noticed a difference in my waist. I do have the curvature now and it has helped by tightening up the skin and making me feel better about my body. I highly recommend it and the only reason why I gave it four stars was because I don’t care for the feel of the material on my skin. I have some very sensitive skin. But other than that, I would have given it five stars. If you’re looking to trim your waist down or make yourself feel better by holding everything in this is the item for you. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend it.

I wanted to try a new waist trainer, so I selected this. I think that I am going to return it. PROS: 3 options to make it tighter, no smell, quality is good, it does support and thin. CONS: Too long (11 inches) it seems short in the front and longer in the back. It comes to the middle of my butt, slides down and I have to pull it up a lot if I am walking. It slides down my pants and underwear if I am moving a lot, the sides sometimes dig into my skin especially when I am sitting down. So there are more CONS than PROS, I am probably going to return it and try something else.

This is a very well made product it's a little stretchy so that you can breathe but not so stretchy that it doesn't do what it's made to do. It is exactly how it's described and looks exactly like the photo. I like that after you put the eyelets on that you can pull the two sides as tight as you like or Loose as you like. I also love the fact that it's long that it will go from your pelvis to right under your bra line. It keeps you smooth and snatched under your clothes with no bulges anywhere. That was important for me as it holds in your fupa. After wearing it it made my back feel better. I don't really know how to explain that but it was almost like a back brace even though it's not a back brace. It's also easy to wash and doesn't look like it's going to fall apart after a few washes still looks like when I first bought it.

It was hard for me hooking it up but boy did it look great on! It was actually very comfortable. No stabbing, no rolling, just shear comfort.

It’s only been a week since I got this waist trainer so my review will be based on that. I got a size small since I’m usually a medium which worked out perfectly. I’m 5’3 weighing around 150 & Im able to get it to the first level w/ such ease. Once it’s on, the material feels comfortable as it’s breathable & flexible, you can basically wear it all day. The support that it offers is about medium, it does relieve some back pain once worn. The only downside is that you do feel the boning of the waist trainer. I had seen another review mentioning that it would be perfect for a long torso as the waist trainer is on the longer side which is true. Although, I do have a long torso but it still fits on the longer side, I think it would work out better on someone who is tall w/ a long torso. If I’m walking around or just standing it’s perfect & it doesn’t bother me at all but once I’m sitting down that’s when the boning of the waist trainer digs at you from the top & the bottom so take that in consideration. Other than that, this waist trainer arrived pretty quickly and once the package is opened, there’s no foul smell to it.
