I am very pleased with this purchase! I am 195 lbs 5'4. I purchased a XLG. It fit great. The more yaw use it it will stretch out due to the moisture from sweating . I do a 15-minute lymphatic workout and my suit gets pretty soaked! I'd recommend washing it after each use. Otherwise, if you let it air dry without washing in between, it can get musty. I love this suit so much I purchased the waist band and I use it as a tube top under the suit. I also purchased a sleeveless short suit, and I've noticed it increases the amount of toxins I release with each workout. After two weeks of consistent use, I can see a difference.

Im 5'5" 165lbs and the XL is fitted through the middle and just under the bust but the arms and legs are a little loose. Pretty easy to put on, light weight and not overly bulky or thick with the blue reflective material throughout which I appreciate. The zipper is nice quality and has a small clasp half way up to keep it sinched in with a small cover at the top so the zipper isn't exposed, both are great details. Despite the looseness of the arms and legs, when I put my work out clothes over it, it does really work. Went on an hour walk in cooler weather and was drenched in sweat at the end. Worn for over an hour and was very comfortable in it. I wipe it down afterward and let it air dry to avoid it shrinking in the wash. Depending on your size or preference the whole body fit might be problematic or uncomfortable. I would suggest the separate vest and shorts if you want to customize the size as they work just as well but for the Fall/Winter months this keeps me warm and I will be using this constantly. Great quality over all, highly recommend!

First, be sure you check the size. It can be smallish, but does stretch a bit, so it helped. Second, I didn't know this suit was working at first. It was very cool and air was circulating. I didn't think anything was happened, but when I touched the inside of my sleeve, I was definitely sweating. It was a different experience than I thought it would be. I thought I'd be looking like a hot mess and would die in the suit, but it surprised me and did well to keep air circulation. I need 2 more so I don't have to wash it every time haha.

Bought this to help with weight loss and so far I have only worn it maybe 5 times. I think it’s really great if you want to sweat a lot. It definitely value for your money. It’s not really expensive and it’s worth it. The size fit great! The function was pretty easy to figure out. The style was okay minus you can’t peee to save your life if you ever wanna make a pee wee break. Otherwise the quality is okay.

So far so good! I have it on as we speak! The fit is true to size, I love the zipper details and it’s extremely comfortable. It was easy to get on and it’s not restrictive at all. I’m doing housework in it and was thinking I’ll be ordering another one to switch out each day. The material seems durable. I’m going to wait until the end of the day to determine if I’m ordering a second one but so far this is a great value.

put this on first think in the am to do house work......... 25 min later had to strip to use the rest room and i was dripping sweat from head to toe. Had a bit of a fight to get it back on while sweaty but it adjusts back into place with little effort and chugged water and aggressively tackled more house hold chores!!! Clean house and i sweat like i ran 3 miles!!! I felt great. I think it is designed well for the function. with so many body types this design is a great all around fit that will fit most as desired according to size description!

I didn’t even get a chance to use this. It smells awful and it’s tight where you want it loose and loose where you want it tight. And the entire time, I was worried that it was going to break off of me. The quality feels real thin. And it’s not very comfortable because of how it fits. I wasn’t able to test the functionality of it, but I did work up a sweat trying to get it off of me before it ripped.

I ordered this suit to kick my weight loss up a notch. It'll make you sweat for sure. It was a tight fit so thank goodness for the strap in the front that helps you close it. My word! The first time wearing it I threw some sweatpants and a t-shirt over it and went outside to mow the lawn. I could feel the sweat gathering at the bottom of the sleeves, I love it! I had to peel it off before showering and hand washed it in shower. The next time I wore it, it was a little easier to get on. Less struggle. Lol I would advise wearing it for workouts and such maybe under a few hours because if you have to go to the bathroom it'll be a chore to remove so quickly. I don't regret buying it at all, though.
