Great product and great customer support.I have two of these now to control new LED's in my home and had a few issues. The support staff has always been extremely helpful, reviewing my installation, even drawing diagrams to help me fix the issue.

Works very well with the lights and remote that I have. Easy to hook up, easy to pair with the remote. Been in service for over a year, and has not had 1 hiccup yet.Just have to make sure that the pin out works with your lights, and that’s pretty much all.

The media could not be loaded. Upon arrival, this product matched the images advertised online. Its shape, size, color are as described in the description online. The quality of the electronic design seems good with robust power driving capabilities (144W for 12V/12A?) and responsive RF communication between the remote control and LED receiver controller.I installed this 4-zone/channel remote control system for the interior lighting of my boat, which has a need for 4 zone, through wall lighting control from a main control. The remote control can link and control unlimited number of compatible receiver controller units. Each receiver controller can link up to 5 remote controls. On my boat, each zone has its own remote control to control its zone lighting. Fortunately, the pre-existing other brand 2.4GHz RF remote controls in each zone are compatible with this 2.4GHz RF system. I use the 4-zone remote control as the main master controller. The 4-zone remote control makes it super convenient to synchronize and turn on/off all the zone lighting at once from one location. This is an especially important feature on a boat when sailing in the dark, where you want to red light or dim the lights throughout the boat to allow some to sleep, while allowing others to see and work without getting blinded when going on deck for look-out. I bought a second remote control and 2 controller kit to complete the 4-zone control and have a back-up main remote control.The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. The controller units require 5V-24V DC power supply, which are not included. The remote control and receiver controller units are responsive and easy to link/pair. With a 12V 3A power supply, each controller unit can drive 30 feet LED segments in full fidelity. The color touch pad is responsive and very convenient to select the desired color with one touch. However, the remote control keypad layout is unintuitive - the white light mode button is in the center, the color light mode button is at top left corner (or color dial), brightness and white blend are vertical and horizontal, and various mode buttons at each corner.The controller unit power rating is unclear. Amazon description says 12V/12A (144W) or 24V/5A (96W). Instruction manual and imprint on controller unit states 5V-24V/12A (60W-288W). Awesome controller and easy to use! By the way, if anyone is wondering you can plug your 12v into one, and parallel power to the other with wire. Tons of cool color combos with this!

Used this led controller kit for under cabinet lighting strips in my kitchen. Works well. No messing around with wifi. Did not really want another Alexa light controller. Prefer the straight forward remote. Multiple controllers easy to link and control. Multiple controller interface makes it so easy to design and control a multiple strip installation without running tons of wire.
