Good laptop, Bad Seller.
Good laptop for the price. However after 6 months, 1 keyboard key stopped working properly. I tried to contact the seller but got no reply. Don't buy any product from Mastertech ✅ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Hard Disk issues...always showing 3F0 error
The device worked well for the first 2 months then we started to see error (3F0) Hard disk boot device not found. We tried a couple of restarts and it worked. Now the device is not operational and just shows the error message on the screen (3F0). We tried to reach out to the seller on the support number but there was no reply.
