Amazing product just a bit heavy
Amazing product, works great and leave a beautiful smell without streaks. Its just a little heavy so after 5-10 min your arm starts to hurt

Disappointing Quality: Avoid the Dreame H12 Pro
I had high hopes for the Dreame H12 Pro, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received was damaged right out of the box, with a non-functional water pump. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I opted for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better; the brush stopped working after just a few uses. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and performance of this product. I would not recommend purchasing the Dreame H12 Pro. Save yourself the hassle and money by looking elsewhere.

Disappointed with Two Defective Units, Hoping for a Working One
I purchased the Dreame H12 Pro vacuum cleaner and was excited to try it based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, the first package arrived opened and used, with no water coming through. I got a refund and ordered a second one, but again, the package seemed opened and the water still wouldn’t dispense. Despite filling the tank and following instructions, I kept getting a "Refill Clean Water Tank" message. I’m really disappointed with this product. Perhaps I was unlucky to receive two defective units, but I would love to get a working one.

I’m using this h12 pro for almost a month now and it’s really a great help till 2 days ago it started to leak after using auto mode. I need help to check or replace my item. Thank you.

Not good suction
After using for a month brush is not cleaning floor properly. Leaving durt and debris behind. Also the rubber behind the brush is wear too fast.

Item received already used
When I was unpacking the box, the item was already used. It's unacceptable, the clean water tank was having already trace of water inside, and the storage box installation with some food trace on it. Also no cleaning product furnished in the package.

Battery dies very quickly
The battery does not last. Mine shuts off after less than15min cleaning. Not sure if it is defective or normal. Either way that does not make a reliable product for my needs.
