Our home had an intermittent odor that I initially thought was a natural gas leak. Had Nicor out and they checked. Thankfully it was not a leak. So then I was unsure how to proceed. The odor seemed to be centrally located but there was no source I could identify. Just for the heck of it I looked on Amazon to see about odor elimination products and came across this product. I read the reviews and I decided to try it. Well, I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence of the intermediate nature of the odor but IT IS GONE! I’m so thrilled with this product. It’s beautifully packaged in a high quality fabric. There is no additional smell to this product and it will work for quite awhile. Still don’t know what caused the problem in my home but now that it seems to be gone I’m very happy.

Great product absorbs odors does not mask odors with heavy scents. I use it in guest room on lower level to make certain bedding and room smell fresh. A wood stove belched smoke and one bag completely removed odor. They are so effective I now have them spread throughout the house in linen closets and rooms that are not used on a regular basis. In this day when so many struggle with room deodorizers giving them headaches this really get to the root of the problem without the irritating odors. I rejuvenate them periodically by simply putting them in the sunshine per manufacturers instructions. They last and are so cost effective.

I wanted to use these in a few areas. First was my litter box area, which is my basement. I used two there and have noticed it does smell better down there. I also wanted to throw one in my car to rid it of the smoke smell, it’s working pretty good so far. I also put one in my closet to attempt to get rid of the smoke smell from clothing that was worn for a few hours then hung back up, not so successful there.

Ok, well I have only had it a few days, and I put it up by where my kitty does his business because he stinks the most. It has taken some of the smell away, but I think in order to beat his stench I am going to have too put two of them in his little area. As far as how they look they are neat little packages that even have a metal eyelet in one corner so that you can hang it up. I like it so far and I hope that it will take care of that little problem.

Thank you for this product!, i heard about other products on the market, and was happy Amazon had you all to choose from! From the other reviews and packaging and value I went with your product. I have not used them yet, i ordered to packs and gave one to my son who has a smell in his apartment that they cannot find in their kitchen, he said it smelled sour or moldy, i said it probably a water leak somewhere or drain tub on refrigerator, i said clean or spray bleach water anywhere you see mold until manager fixes issues, fast forward since using the bamboo charcoal there is no smell whatsoever! I will use my packs when i move

I primarily purchased these charcoal air purifying bags to control odors from the litter boxes of my two indoor cats. I this humidity it started to get quite pervasive. I placed the bags in various places inside and outside of the room where their litter boxes are located. Within two days, in the most annoying area, I couldn't smell a thing. In a couple of other areas, I had to change where I placed the bags to get the best results. It's been very high humidity where I live the past couple of weeks as well as a lot of rain. That makes odor like this even more noticeable. I'm going to buy more for the bathrooms. I would recommend this for effective and natural odor control.

I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but I can’t say enough about these charcoal bags. I have air purifiers in just about every room in my house and after seeing my electric bill this summer I decided I needed to try something different . We all have allergies and we have two dogs. My foyer was beginning to have an odor alerting everyone who walked in the front door that we had animals . I could never stand that about any house ...you shouldn’t be able to smell the animals !! When I was spending a fortune on air purifying filters that didn’t even seem to take care of the problem completely I decided to try these charcoal bags. I was no way expecting them to work as well as they have. I put 1 in each bedroom and one in my foyer and after three days and a heat wave , when the house usually spells its worse, I came home from work and walked in the door to no more odor!!! I am amazed!! I have spent and an enormous amount of money, and countless hours trying to find the best purifiers !And here I spent $20 to purify 4 rooms when I was paying more than that for one replacement filter !! Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more for every room in the house !!

So my daughter went camping and left the drainage plug to the cooler open... all weekend! Needless to say the entire floor of my minivan was soaked, and of course it started smelling like dirty sweat socks in no time. I tried a bissel cleaner, febreeze, even leaving my van doors open for days on end. Despite all my efforts the smell just wouldn’t go away. Then I tried the bags. So many people said they got instant results, but I had to wait over a month before I noticed an appreciable difference. It wa kind of awkward trying to find an inconspicuous place to put the bags. The grommets were too small to hang off the garment hooks, and it was too large to stick on the back of the seat. I ended up putting it under the seat and hoping it did the job. Every now and the I stick it on the dashboard and let it recharge in the sun while I go shopping, etc. I ended up putting one in my husbands car to combat the “sweaty mailman” smell he’d bring home. Same deal.. took awhile and the bag needs recharging every now and again, but overall I’m very pleased with my purchase!
