I very rarely write product reviews, however, this is such a ridiculous product that I had to warn potential customers.This tablet doesn't disintegrate in the gut so, obviously, it won't help you. Try putting a tab in a glass of water and test it yourself. Mine did not dissolve even after 3 days.Please don't get co fused by Swiss Life brand. It's a waste of money and health.
