Office Desk Pad, Ultra Thin Waterproof PU Leather Mouse Pad, Dual Use Desk Writing Mat for Office/Home (31.5" x 15.7", Black)

I bought this in 2019 for my professional presidential wooden desk at the office to place my keyboard and mouse on top of. I still use it today! It is durable and perfect for writing and signing papers on top of as well! No mouse lag, or wear on the one I have! Also, if you get two of them, You can cover a portion of the desk top, (for paper, writing, signing, and computer work), and it looks so good on dark wood!

I purchased this far too late into my home office. A year after purchasing my glass-topped adjustable desk, it dawned on me to look for a desktop pad as a protective barrier and to ease mouse skipping. All right, don't be the fool I was, you've come to the right place for something to offer a solid, mildly cushioning surface to a wood, glass, or metal desk. The size is perfect for my needs, accommodating a small margin around the edges of the desk and I just slapped my mousepad down on the last corner for a mostly seamless transition.The desk pad does exactly as advertised, offering a cushioning barrier for your laptop, docking station, monitor and every sort of writing instrument known to man. It's resilient, barely showing indentations or marks, but gives enough to be comfortable to rest your wrists on. Slight texture gives a skid-resistant surface, appreciated if you're putting a cup or a water bottle down. Keyboards don't budge when laid down, and anything with feet (keyboards, microphones, a base to most devices) feels especially stable. After working on glass, I really don't know how I lived without it. The pad wipes down easily, too, taking either a microcloth, facecloth, or a Clorox wipe with equal ease. It dries quickly enough to be used right away.What are the drawbacks? Frankly, I haven't found many. It marks only with difficulty and the one nick we have on the pad is so small as to be no issue at all. It holds up against daily working and a very active elementary schooler, so let that be your gauge of success.

I got the both sides black version. Its very nicely made, with two layers of PU leather bonded together with neatly finished die cut edges. It arrives rolled up, but is easy to flatten out by rolling the other way and weighing down the edges overnight to eliminate the slight curl. The two sides have a different grain and one appears matt and the other slightly glossy. One thing to note is as it is all black, laser mice have trouble registering movement and dont work on it at all. I'm using a logitech MX master mouse which doesnt move the cursor at all on the mat. Not a deal breaker, just something to note. I actually like this product enough to get another one in Navy / Yellow based on durability over the next few months. A note to the manufacturer would be to eliminate the little roll up aid with holes and a stud because I doubt anyone is going to use it to move the pad around in a rolled up form. I guess you could use it to tidy some cables but that would be finding use for something that could be left out and make the overall product a bit cheaper or whatever.UPDATE: Mouse now working perfectly on the mousepad. Mustve been a logitech update or interference causing the mouse to not register on the black surface.

I bought two of these to use on an L-shaped desk. I was able to cut and customize the fit so that was an added plus. The surface is good and provides good cushioning. Easy to clean. Only drawback is that the surface is not as smooth as some other desk pads. It isn’t rough at all, it just affect how the laser on a wireless mouse works, there is a delay with your course when moving the mouse. You will need a separate mouse pad so your mouse works properly. Also, it does move around slightly depending how you work on them. I find that I reposition them on a daily basis. Since it is two sided and reversible, there is no gripping material to keep them down permanently. It doesn’t slide all over the place, it can move a few cm here and there. Only noticeable to people like me who have self diagnosed OCD =).

Love it! I purchased it in black because I like a dark background and wanted it be less noticeable if I scuffed or marked it up. As soon as I took it out of the package, I rolled it the opposite way and put it on the desk. One edge still curled slightly so I set a power brick on top of it and it was perfectly flat by morning! Adds just the little bit of padding my wrists have been needing and works great with my mouse. I only wish it was a touch bigger so it could reach the very edges of my desk but that’s asking a lot since you can put this on a desk manufactured by anyone, and I knew the size beforehand (which is perfectly sufficient for my IKEA desk). Overall a great purchase and the quality feels like it will last a lifetime!

I received the item and it was very nicely packaged and even came with a little strap to secure the desk pad when not in use or for travel-I thought that was a nice little extra touch. It fit as expected on my desk and looks very nice, the only negative I can think of is that it is rolled and packaged when shipped, so there were little creases in the pad from it being rolled up, but those will come out over time, I am sure. I also received a follow up email from the company, and am very impressed with their customer service. Hopefully I won't have any need to contact them, but I like it when companies send out emails checking on your order, just to make sure there were no issues or complaints. I would definitely order again, and plan on checking out other items from YSAGi!

I bought one of these for our facilities guy at work. Our desks are a very light gray, almost white color that wasn't working well with grease stained hands from working on vehicles. The poor guy was constantly trying to scrub black handprints off of his desk. This mat looks professional and protects the desktop. As soon as I bought him one everyone in the office commented on how nice it looked and were very suprised on how inexpensive it was.. These things are $30+ at the office supply stores.It comes rolled but I didn't have any issues with getting it to lay flat, which was very nice.. I fully expected to have to stack a bunch of copy paper all over it.Highly recommended, I plan to buy another for my desk.
