Works as intended
Great product and quality. I have also attached the G2 router to send e-keys which lets anyone open the lock when needed and within the time duration set.

Advance service fake
Product was well working but when we download the app then they ask for more and advance service. I have paid their advance service bill of 3500/- from last 4 days they don't reply on my mail. And advance service was not started......it's fake service...don't pay any extra amount

It's been 2 months and still awaiting for a refund
The product stopped working within 3 months. After advise from Amazon customer service, I have returned the item to the seller but it's been 2 months and the refund hasn't been initiated.Courier service has confirmed that the item is delivered. I have provided pictures of the courier receipt to Amazon customer service via chat.
