The grout is beautiful. It arrived the next day, three days ahead of schedule, but Amazon delivered to my neighbour—not at my request—and didn’t tell me, so I thought it was lost. I complained to Stafford Tiles and Flooring. They replied quickly, were very polite, and refunded my order, even though it turned out to be Amazon’s fault. I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

This grout is great obviously but i bought 3 bags and each one was a slightly different tone, each bag was mixed entirely and fully with a mixing attachement so wondered why there should be a variation in colour?To be honest, nobody can see the variation in colour. .....but i can!

Can’t really get excited about grout. It does what it says. My only comment is it fades quite pale when dry

First time doing an intricate tiling job (DIY not professional) and was so nervous about the measurements etc and watched loads of videos, but i needed have panicked. when it dried a little too much i just put a drop more water on the sponge and ran it over with the float. Feel a lot more confident for the next job, which should not be as intricate as the tiles will be much bigger! :) Happy!

Easy to use and mix ,but don’t use in small batches because of pigment change ….but our walls turned out ok …..

Perfect colour, fast delivery. Definitely would use again

Didn't use product returning too dark

Arrived in wet cardboard box and upon opening discovered bag was burst open and some product had leaked into cardboard box. Was still able to use some of the product and it looks lovey but supplier could rethink packaging options.
