I've dealt with anxiety my entire life and tried these gummies in lieu of prescription medicines. I thought that these would be a good option but to be honest and it is working for me and doing miracles. I still suffered from anxiety but it may have been more severe without these gummies. They are not addictive which is certainly a plus and the flavor is not bad at all and they are sugar free and no artificial sweetners as well .It's very difficult to tell if any of these types of products work as you have to have a baseline reading in order to recognize an improvement and do physical activities as well for this to work. I work at a daycare with 10-18 month olds, and I am also a in college in final year remember after work just being so irritated, so stressed, and I had no motivation to do my assignments.
