This supp is recommended by my doc for my eyes. I have issues and this is supposed to help some. I believe it has helped over time. I’ll continue to use.It lasts a long time, there’s a tiny scoop and it mixes well into anything, no taste.

My grandpa bruises easily due to his blood thinners and other treatments. I put 2 scoops in his morning shake and it definitely helps with relieving some of the bruising. I can definitely see a difference when he takes it versus when he doesn’t. It’s also a little sweet so it’s easy to stomach.
