The straighteners are brilliant. They have adjustable temperature and do the job fabulouslyThe packaging however was atrocious- the machine (not the cheapest, mind) arrived just in its original box, no seals whatsoever, with just the address sticker on top. No wrapping or extra box at all. I was intending to complain about it but fortunately it actually was in brand new state, not damaged and all good inside on this occasion. Be aware though.

I don’t normally leave reviews but with these Cloud 9 original pro’s I just had too. I have shortish, pre menopausal, heat damaged hair (from straightening) & I was looking for some straighteners which doesn’t smell like my hairs burning or drag & pull the ends off (literally) & now I have found them, the holy grail of straighteners. No drag, no pulling my hair out & no smelling like my hairs burning & the revive mode is fantastic, I’ll use that quite a lot. I would 100% recommend these to anyone, absolutely awesome

Glides through your hair effortlessly curls your hair very smoothly.. very pleased as it’s a lot cooler temperature than most straightener's which was one of the main reason I choose it for my hair!
