Besides looking nice it has a built in stop watch that’s easy to use . I had to return the first wa I received as the stop watch wouldn’t work properly but the new one that was sent works fine. It came with a tool for adjusting the wrist band and was easy. Watch is comfortable and there is no pinching with the band
