CDP Choline (Citicholine) for memory loss
I'm 73, and have been battling short term memory loss for several years. I've tried several supplements, including the best advertised one, Prevagen, for help with the problem. After trying the supplements for a month or more mostly based on Amazon reviews, I decided to do some research. I subscribe to a site which does a great deal of research on supplements, ConsumerLab (.com), and that's where I learned about choline. There are several kinds of choline, and the one which had the best test results for improving cognition/memory was CDP choline, also known as citicholine. After about 3-4 weeks I noticed my short term memory getting better (it kind of sneaks up on you). I've been taking it now for about 3 months, and the improvement has lasted. I'm not sure if I'm continuing to get better, but I think I am.I give this product 5 stars because it's the only one I've found that works. It can probably be improved upon, but for now, for me and my problem, it's 5 stars.As you look through choline supplements, you need to understand that there are 3 major kinds of choline - CDP Choline (or citicholine), Alpha GPC choline, and Phosphatidylcholine. As far as I've been able to learn, for memory loss, CDP choline is the one that has shown the most promising results in tests. Also, only 20% of CDP choline is actually choline, so to get the recommended amount of choline each day, you need about 1,000mg of CDP choline.

As Advertised, Pending Full Longevity Evaluation
Came as advertised. “Prescribed” OTC by longevity medical doc in addition to host of other supplements I can buy wherever I like And comprehensive HRT. Feel better mentally, but hard to know all cause and effect as also lot more sunshine daily now in Philippines than I was getting gin WA State. Was on HRT already long time.

Of course, this is anecdotal but I did notice a clarity of thought after taking this. I have always had a foggy thought process but this made it less so.
