When one thinks of a fruit powder there are some obvious uses. Things like shakes or yogurts or beverages. And this would work great for those, don't get me wrong. But honestly this powder is so great that I have been trying all sorts of weird things with it.For instance... I rolled a banana in some powder. Strawberry banana? Delicious! My kids had a lot of fun with it too although my son got all clever and ate the powder while barely touching the banana.Other fun things I did? Rolled a lime popsicle in strawberry powder. That worked weirdly well although I did let is melt just a bit to get it to adhere. But it actually helped slow the melting a bit so I was pretty happy.I think if you are serious about quality organic fruit and you want something that is in powder form... you would be doing yourself a favor buying a bag of this.

When I ordered this, figured I'd do something a little different than just make smoothies. I decided to ferment this powder to see if I could produce a decent tasting cider. So far, it is fermenting quite well and the strawberry flavor comes through. Once the ferment is complete, I will carbonate the cider and bottle it. The colr is deep red and not translucent at all. The powder disolved well in the water. Had no trouble incorporating this into solution. I will update as this product is fully fermented and bottled to let everyone know how it tastes. I know this isn't the traditional application but this is what I'm using it for.

This pouch of Organic Strawberry Powder from Freeze Dried Strawberries did not appeal to me. There was no nice smell when opening the pouch. Adding it to a few things did not give me the flavor or aroma of strawberries. Did not like. Very expensive.

I've had my fair share of freeze dried fruit, including strawberry, including powdered. But this was on another level for me. As soon as I popped the bag open an explosion of strawberry aroma hit my nostrils. And when I tasted it, it was like someone dialed the sweetness and acidity of strawberry up to 150%.It's pricy but I just don't know how to give a strawberry powder that delivered the most concentrated strawberriness I've ever had, less than 5 stars. Imagine a football-sized strawberry hurled at your face knocking you out. If you need that level of strawberriness, try this.I sampled it about 5 min ago—I'm still tasting it in my mouth.

Nothing bad to say about this powder. It's just pure freeze dried strawberries, finely ground and without lumps or clumps. It doesn't dissolve (because it's powdered strawberries) but is finely ground enough that I don't notice the texture in drinks. I've been mixing this with my matcha powder to make strawberry matcha lattes and it's delicious. I'm looking forward to incorporating it into some baked goods as well. The packing is easily resealable and not too messy. Great purchase!

Every time I read an article about foods that are healthy for you, berries are always mentioned prominently. Strawberries are one of the few types listed that you should add to your diet every day. Since I don't find it easy to add enough fresh strawberries to my diet, I usually look for some other alternative. I added this powder to my morning yogurt and really enjoyed the great flavor of strawberries in a form that was easy to add to my regular diet. It also makes an enjoyable addition to a shake.

Eating Greek yogurt every day can get really, really boring. I picked up this strawberry powder to give my yogurt some life, and boy, it does not disappoint! The strawberry flavor is strong (in a good way) and the tart/tanginess stays in your mouth for awhile. I'm pretty sure this would go well with a smoothie too, which will be my next experiment.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the bag. The aroma was not what I was expecting. Very pure!Immediately my mind was filled with possibilities.I can use this in smoothies, add to yogurts or ice cream, and use it in place of my normal strawberry extract for a more realistic flavor profile.Although pricey, this isn't your generic strawberry powder. Be prepared to be in strawberry bliss!
