My son received two large “basic” sets of Duplo for Christmas, but they came with so many oddly-shaped pieces, he was limited in what he could build. I came here looking for a set of true basic pieces and am so glad I decided to give these a chance. They are completely compatible with Duplo and fit tightly. I can really only tell a difference if I’m looking for differences, and they’re minimal — these seem to be slightly thinner plastic and the corners aren’t as rounded as Duplos. I’m really pleased to have found a good basic set and you can’t beat the value of these bricks!

First off, these came same day. I opened them and unfortunately found a few bricks that were damaged. A few were sticky too for some reason. I emailed the company just to ask if I could get a replacement on the 8 or so bricks that were bad. Customer service was a dream. So polite and nice. Recieved a whole new set the next day. I support businesses like this. Bricks work great. I even bought the base mat to build on from this same company. Will buy again. And will buy for friends kids.

I had some Duplo blocks from childhood that I gave my toddler, but unfortunately we needed more to really build cool stuff. Turns out that Duplo these days isn't the same, and is super expensive and mostly kits!This was an awesome alternative. I'm no Lego aficionado so I can't tell the difference. They connect the same to me, they look the same to me, and they've really filled up our box of blocks without breaking the bank. I'm so happy I bought these instead of shelling out for the name brand Duplo.

I purchased these Strictly bricks to go with a duplo set I had gotten my girls for Christmas, they fit perfectly with them no problem. They are bright and colorful and come in two sizes. This set is a great set for a great price.

I’m a bit of a Lego purist so I was a little skeptical about getting another brand, but these are really good. You can maybe tell that they’re just a hair thinner than duplos, but it’s barely discernible. They snap into each other and into duplos easily. If you’re wanting building blocks and not all the extra shapes and pieces, these are a great deal for the price! Would definitely buy again.

Just as described and fast delivery. My great granddaughter will love the blocks and the people that I also ordered.

If your on the fence about these blocks, don't be. They are great! Bright colors, smooth side, they works perfectly. Save yourself some $$$$ and order these instead of the other name brand blocks

As far as how compatible they are with leading brands, I've got some Duplo I bought new around 2013, and I recently purchased a used 25th anniversary Duplo set (Duplo #3030, from the year 1998). I find that the Strictly Briks and 1998 Duplo stick together much better. Official Duplo from 2013 feel a little looser (but still stick pretty well, it may even be better for tiny hands to be able to separate two blocks without frustration). The 2013 Duplo green is a bit lighter than the 1998 green. The Strictly Briks green is a much closer match to the 1998 green (but still different enough to notice).
