I have had this inflatable neck stretcher for less than a week. I love it. In fact, I'm wearing it as I'm typing this review. I have neck issues, including pain, knots & tightness. This gives me relief when I need it. And I like the fact that it has 4 tiers, instead of 3. After I get it inflated to feel the stretch, I still have to use the pump a few times - not that big of a deal. I don't know that it's losing air, as much as I'm wanting to stretch my neck some more. There are no directions with this product, but it's pretty easy to figure out. Remember to tighten the dial on the pump when inflating, and loosen it when deflating. My only complaint is that the velvet-like material tends to irritate my face a bit. It's soft, but I have really sensitive skin. It's not enough of a problem to make me return it. It had a slightly annoying plastic smell when it first arrived, but that is dissipating. Again, I'm sensitive to strong plastic smells. I don't think anyone else in my house would notice. The size is perfect for me. But too small for my husband. I did see size XL on Amazon, so I may buy a larger size for him. Bottom line, it helps relieve tension in my neck and is affordable.

Bought this for my mother and it was good for home self therapy.

Broke after only one use. Air valve stopped letting me fill it up. Air came out as I released the ball. One way valve failed.

I have 3 other versions of this--all with 3 baffles. This one is by far the best. The velcro is better than the others so it doesn't come loose while using it. Most importantly, it really gives my neck a good stretch. The shorter ones just don't do as well. Plus, I can set the velcro a little looser on the bottom baffle with this one so it doesn't press on my throat. My physical therapist recommended I use this, or some traction device, several times a week. She approved of this one and I actually like it better than the mechanical one they use at their office except that it doesn't stretch and release automatically. My only complaint so far is that I prefer the tube clamps that roll to the ball bearing type this one has. However it has not been losing air when I just close the screw valve so that isn't a big deal.

I didn't really like the smell of it. It comes with a little scent pack of lilacs which I mean that's nice but the smell still hasn't gone away after months lol. As for It's use it does what it says it does. It's not the best neck thing (???) But I mean it's comfy if you just lay with it on and watch TV lol

I've personally had neck injuries requiring surgery, but before I opted for the knife, in clinic traction was an awesome source of temporary relief. NOT TRACTION FROM THIS BLOW UP PILLOW DEVICE ! ! ! This inflation traction device has no angle adjustment and could severely injury a strong neck, not to mention what it might do to a fragile one. In our case, I bought the device for my wife, who was waiting for delivery of true medical traction device, (ordered via prescription by her neurosurgeon.) I thought we might save a bundle, nope. We should have waited, but my wife trusted me and tried this device. She was hurt by the fact that it pushes your neck forward and bends it at an unusual angle. Please check with a medical professional before stretching your neck, quite possibly in a direction causing severe injury, (or exacerbating a pre-existing injury or degenerative condition.) I'm not a medical professional, but I should have an honorary degree by now. 5 back surgeries and self educated. Be careful with your spine. There are no easy fixes!

I have neck issue and been going to the doctor and on the side, trying to find a budget friendly product which can help with my neck as I work on a computer 90% of the time. The material is valvet, so its soft and doesn't hurt your skin. Its inflatable so you adjust to your own level of comfort, I tend to raise to the max and release some of the air out after I get the comfort level. The velcro ties the around the neck which makes it even tighter and I like that part alot.So far it's working great, and hoping to see some improvement on my neck after this use.

I ordered one of these and it was amazing... for the first 3 weeks. Unfortunately it started leaking air and needed to be replaced. The replacement was smaller than the original, made of a different material, and unfortunately choked me more than gave me traction. Other than that it looked almost identical. The only telltale sign I could see is the original has an "ESSORT" tag right on one of the seams, whereas the replacement (smaller version) does not.Unfortunately I'm just going to have to go into a "return loop" to try to get an "original" that fits, doesn't choke me, and doesn't have a hole in it.If you're worried about size / choking, I'm a 6' 4'' male, about 220 lbs. so if you're smaller than that you may not have this problem.That said, the original device is amazing. It gave me enough traction to get relief from a pinched nerve in my neck. I hope I get the correct item on my next return phase as it is an absolute life-changer.

what a product. dont expect this to change your life but after a long day work where your neck is stiff this thing will loosen it up. carful not to pump too much though or else it might hurt! i reccomend 4 tier compared t o 3 tier but depends how long your neck is
