So it's easy to find what I need quickly. The information on the Amazon page is slightly misleading: the bag isn’t white but a pleasant creamy colour, probably more elegant than a bright white would be.Also it refers to the compartments, in the plural and also to the practical layout. There is only one section so there no compartments other than a tiny pocket in the rather stiff and papery feeling lining. Other Vine reviewers have had a set of three but the white one comes as a solo item. That said, it feels nice to handle, soft and flexible. I don’t intend to use it in a handbag on a daily basis as I keep items to a minimum but I mostly take short breaks away and travel with small sized toiletries. So, in this bag I was able to fit: a stick deodorant, moisturiser, primer, make up sponge, foundation, mascara, eyebrow pencil, loose face powder and pad, blusher, a small atomiser of perfume and a case containing gorgeously scented soap. Toothbrush and paste plus shower gel travel in my husband’s wash bag so I was able to downsize from my large bag to this one with no trouble. Any hair items (shampoo etc., brush, comb, straighteners) always go in a separate bag anyway. I’m very happy with this !

My daughter is pleased with this bag. It's a pastel-cream colour, which is both more elegant and more practical than pure white.The bag is relatively small - about the size of a small clutch - but is a good size for travelling or for someone (like my young daughter) who has yet to acquire a lifetime of product. She has managed to get everything she wants into it including mascara, concealer, lip gloss, deodorant, a small atomiser, and a decent sized hairbrush.The outer is soft vinyl, and the lining is waterproof and wipe clean. There is a single pocket on the side wall, but it's very loose and gapes open, so I'm not sure what the practicalities of it are as anything in that pocket falls out if the bag is inverted or tossed about as it might be when travelling. Lighter items like cotton wool pads or q-tips may stay in there more easily, perhaps.At the current price (£10.78) I think it's a little overpriced, but it's a nice bag and very practical.
