Using optical gives best results, but I still hear the volume cut out on low volume.

It’s doing what I need it to! It’s good for the price. It’s always been loud enough for what I need! Pretty easy to use and install.

This thing has alright sound when/if it works. However, it turns off if sound is low at all and will cut in and out unless sound is very loudly and consistently playing. The volume goes up and down in increments of 6 and eArc connection doesn't help or work properly when powering on the tv or displaying the proper volume percentage. If it at least stayed powered on sound wise, I would consider giving a decent review. This thing fails at doing basic sound bar things and for the price; I feel cheated.

The sound quality was ok I liked how it had a setting on the remote for extra loudness. Was expecting a little. More bass. All in all it a good lil system. I set up in my bedroom.

The written instructions are confusing but the diagrams are very clear and precise. I was surprised by the excellent quality of the product and the very reasonable price. I was using the portable audio device with my TV but that kept skipping the audio which got to be annoying. I thought I was losing my hearing until I got this sound bar and realized it was not my hearing but the, not so good TV audio! Anyway, I am loving the sound bar! I've had it for several weeks and its performance is excellent. I would recommend it if you have a limited budget but need a good product.

Not totally impressed but it serves its purpose. Directions were great and have multiple ways to connect to the TV which was very helpful. The little light that shows on the soundbar which tells you which mode you are in for connecting to the TV isn't the easiest to see. If you want/need more than just more volume, which is what we needed, spend the money and invest in a better product.

Worked great initially via blue tooth. Sound was good and much louder than our TV sound which is what we wanted. However, we were tired of having to connect the blue tooth being every time we turned the TV on, and it disconnects every so often, so we decided to hard wire it to make it the permanent TV sound. The hard wire connection doesn't work at all. We're technically savvy and had everything connected properly to the proper ports but it just doesn't work. The sound comes on for a split second and then nothing. We tried troubleshooting a few times per the instruction booklet to no avail. You would think that hardwiring it would be a guaranteed connection - apparently not, it only works in blue tooth mode. Unfortunately, we did not discover this until after the return window closed (a week shy) so we're stuck with something that does not work for us.

You can see one of them sitting in the windowsill and the other one is sitting on another windowsill nearby in far left corner. These work great in our 566 sq ft The Galveston Flamingo Air BnB bungalow in Galveston Texas. Great sound, small and easy to set up.
