I've tried many digestive/gastro health products and this is one that I'd actually keep within my regimen....if it was a smidge more affordable. Felt like there was some improvement during usage. No notable negative impacts or discomfort. Easy enough to swallow and good quality.

Really works!
I bought this because my gut was all messed up after a trip to Mexico. After about 5 days I noticed all my symptoms improving. I will continue using. Great product.

Chose this brand from reading up on which brands have what they say in them
Studies show that the cultures in this are helpful to gut biome. But do not expect it to control hyper motility of the GI tract. like diarrhea and gas. the effects will not last if you have a more chronic condition. Not sure what my condition is called but i have some symptoms of IBS. Used it for two weeks. Didnt touch my symptoms. I have purchased several different brands with different cultures with have some research behind them. My expectations are low, but hoping for a surprise. It might work for you. But not me. Three stars because they were rated as having proven amounts of claimed culures in reviews from Consumer Labs.
