I regularly color and highlight my hair over the years I’ve tried every product on the market to combat dry over processed split ends most of them didn’t perform as well as I had hoped but Palmers is next level. I use the deep conditioning masque and use this before combing out, they work well together and even prevent tangling the next day which was always a problem for me. The price point is unbelievable for the quality of this product I highly recommend

I live in Mammoth Lakes CA. I need a return But it says. drop at a UPS store. But my post office 🏤 can send it. 1 has gotten to me. Other 1 drop off. I can't send me a return code. Please. And it was probably shipping throwning things around. But yes all your products smell great. An that's actually hard to find! Also very good for your hair!!😁🙏🌍✌️🩷.

PRODUCT ITSELF IS FINE, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK THE CAPS ON THESE BOTTLES BEFORE SENDING OUT TO CUSTOMERS. Product arrived with the cap partially unscrewed, and liquid saturated the plastic wrapping around bottle. Requested replacement, and that product arrived in even worse condition....
