I've tried a number of lumbar support pillows. All of them further exacerbated my back issues. This is the first that feels supportive and comfortable. So much so that I have one in my car and one on the chair at my desk. The only downside I've found is that it says not to use heated seats with it and I like to sit with a heating pad at my desk. I've found it to be worth thr trade off.

This pillow saved my back as a CDL driver. I recommend getting the seat and this company support pillow. The only down side is that it props you up too far from the arm rest of your vehicle. If you have lumber issues, this is the pillow for you!

We’re using this in our RV captains chair on the driver side. My husband has a sensitive back and driving long hours. He needed some support. This was a lot thicker and bulky than we expected, but the straps provided adequate attachment options and it was comfortable and gave him the relief he needed. It does slip around on the leather so it has to be repositioned periodically. I even tried some anti-slip fabric behind it, but it hasn’t been too much of a problem. It’s durable and well-made. Easy to attach and a good value. Saves us from seeing the chiropractor too often.

I purchased this as I have been having a lot of back pain, especially when I am working from home. This cushion keeps my spine in perfect alignment while I am working at my desk. So far, after 1 day use, I had zero pain! I would say, it's worth the money and seems to be of solid quality. I love the adjustable straps so it will fit most chairs.

The support pillow is very comfortable. It provides exceptional back support and posture. I drive for a living and everyday I have a different vehicle. The three strap design enables me to give myself a custom fit no matter what kind of shape the vehicle seat is in that I have for the day. I have a comfilife seat cushion that I have had for years they compliment each other perfectly. I hope that this is the last cushion I will ever need to purchase and believe me I have tried many. The cushion does push you forward somewhat and is very thick it works well for my needs. Comfilife is a great brand with great products. I highly recommend this cushion.

This is a nicely made lumbar pillow. In my kitchen chair it’s perfect but in the car or recliner, it’s a bit too thick for what I need. It does give nice support.

My back felt I.mediate relief the second I leaned on it. On a sofa. It's too bulky in the car and my lower seat is too short. But in a big vehicle, maybe. It's perfect with the same brand's seat bottom. Together it's amazing comfort and relieves that constant pressure on the Lumbies.

Wow this is so comfortable, price is great, quality is nice, supports your back perfectly! There are little belts where you attached to the pillow and it goes around the chair , you can adjust accordingly, really loves it and it supports my posture, I no longer slouch, thank you Amazon!
