At first I could feel it doing my posture good, but after a few days, instead of getting used to it, it just got more painful, digging in under my arms.

I dont feel like it really helps posture that much, I am not sure what I expected, but I hoped for more of an improvement.It really rubs on my armpits, so I cant wear it for as long as I probable need too.I would advise to research lots of other options

Doesn't actually pull shoulders back, it's more of a reminder of your bad posture. It's digs in under your arms if you don't pull you shoulders back on your own. It's still a good thing, it will help remind you. Just dont expect it to do the work for you.

Granddaughter felt very uncomfortable, and didn’t feel that she could wear it

I read the measurements and ordered accordingly. However, the product was still too small and doesn't sit right on my back. I will try the next size up and leave another review to see if it's because it comes up small... TBC.
