I have recently been diagnosed with rosacea, I find this line of products to be really gentle on my skin and reduce symptoms. Can be a little drying but followed with the hyaluronic 10 cream it works wonders! Would deffo recommend to anyone with sensitive skin!

I love all haru haru products. This cleanser makes my skin feeling really clean and even tough is an exfoliating cleanser, doesn't strip of my skin. I will definitely recommend this or any of their products.

Basic. Scentless water based cleanser. Great for just starting out, but didn’t notice any additions from this for a double cleanse routine after an oil based cleanser. Need something stronger. But a great little cleanser. Avoid the mouth. Tastes awful.

I’m not sure why this is labelled as gentle, and sensitive skin safe, because within three days this cleanser destroyed my face and skin barrier. My face is burning so bad I can’t even put water on it! This product should come with a warning to limit usage to once a week! I was using this twice a day in morning, and a night, with lukewarm water, applying a pea size amount very gently. First use was okay, second one felt dry after, third use the second day, my skin was very red, visibly broken blood vessels, couldn’t even touch my face without stinging, burning pain. Just to reiterate, when I use this it’s a very small amount, light spread over my face, without any rubbing or circular motions, just a soft application and then rinsed gently. Third day the redness has spread, my skin started peeling, as if I’d been sunburnt, even though I discontinued using this product. It’s been almost 24 hours since I last used this product, and nothing, and I mean nothing, will stop the burning, my face feels like it’s on fire! I couldn’t even sleep, even with painkillers, because my skin is burning and stinging so bad. I’ve tried every calming, barrier repairing product I have and they all burn. I can’t even put moisturizer or sunscreen on, it burns and feels like fire. The only thing that seems to be helping is pure olive oil, but it’s sucking up the olive oil layer within ten minutes and continues to peel off and burn, so I’m reapplying it once an hour. I don’t know if I’m having some kind of rare reaction to this product, but if you’re going to buy it I recommend caution. It was fine for the first day or two of use, so once a week would probably be ok, but more than two days of use destroyed my face. This might be a great product to deep cleanse once a week or month, but terrible for daily use, it is not gentle! I have purchased their other cleanser, the one without acids, to hopefully use daily once my skin stops peeling and burning, though I’m now terrified to put anything on my face. 😭
